Birthday Time!! Sat. Jan. 9, 2010
First I have to start with I have the most amazing husband!
Bryan planned a totally fun weekend party for me this year AND it was ALL a surprise. He is so good. I actually had a cold this whole weekend but with lots of medicine and prayers I enjoyed the festivities. So the first part of the surprise was Bryan calling me at 5:30pm on Thurs. night and telling me to start packing for a fun weekend get away.He said it would be cold and that I needed to pack my 1920's costume and something nice because he would be taking me to a nice restaurant. I was getting ready to go on visits with the RS and he said he took care of it. He had this all planned since Mon. and called everyone to let them know I wouldn't be around this weekend. So he packed up the car and I packed my stuff and we were off to.......... .......somewhere. Well we were heading to Payson and right before we got there we got pulled over. Bryan got a speeding ticket. He wasn't even going that fast. The Cop was nice at least. The funny part was when the cop asked Bryan where we were going, Bryan was silent for a second and then said it is actually a surprise for my wife, I'm taking her somewhere for her birthday. ha ha He got out of the car and then told the cop so that it didn't ruin the surprise. So we were getting close to Strawberry and then turned off. I knew the road well because my friend Michelle's family has a cabin up there. So I thought that could be where we were going or to a different friends cabin. Well we pulled up to Michelle's and the lights were on and no cars. I asked if there were supposed to be anyone up here and then he said surprise go in and see. Michelle and her family was there and Shalice and her family was there. So FUN!!! When we got all our stuff in I was feeling a little tired and worn out so we watched a movie. American Outlaws! Random I know but that is what we watched with everyone commentary during the whole movie. It was fun!!!
The next day Friday we ate, played games and had another surprise. My mom and My sister and her family came up! Bryan brought our Wii up so we taught everyone (who didn't know) how to play DR. MARIO!! My Favorite Game! We decided to to a tournament and Bryan made a Bracket. I ended up winning the whole thing. YAY! Lucky me. It was fun. Bryan took me to Payson to see LEAP YEAR the new PG movie. It was sooo cute! I really liked it! We ate some more and played more games. Then there was another surprise Carrie and her family came up. So fun!! Saturday came and Carrie made Pancakes(with homemade buttermilk syrup yum) eggs, and bacon. It was So yummy! Thanks Carrie! Everyone cleaned up and then there was another 2 surprises my brother Stuart and his family and my brother Richard and his family all came up!!! SOOOOOOOO FUN!!! Well we played more games, kids played in the snow and we just had so much fun. Then another surprise Bobbi and her family came up!!! YAY!! It was so fun getting a surprise every 10mins. Thanks Bryan you really know how to do surprises. Well we ate Lasagna, yummy salad and rolls for lunch and then for dinner. It was till good! Then we all dressed up in our 1920's costumes. Since this year I turned 29 we celebrated by dressing up like we lived in the 1920's (since this is my Last year to be in my 20's) and had a blast taking tons of pictures. Then Bryan had yet another surprise and had a carrot cake made at costco and I blew out my 29 candles in 1 breath. I opened some presents( which I wasn't expecting) A whirly pop from Mom, Gum and a sweet card from Jeanette, a salad dressing container from MJ and some cute white selves from Bobbi. thanks everyone! It was so fun to celebrate my birthday with a ton of people that I love. Thanks to all who came up and partied with me. And thanks to all those who couldn't come up but Called or texted or face booked me. I love you all!
I have a feeling that 29 is going to be GREAT!!!

I'm so happy that you had a great birthday! I'm sorry that we weren't able to make it to the cabin, we really wanted to come! I can't wait to go to the temple next week together! :)
Happy birthday lady! You look great in the photos and I think you missed your decade because you rock the 20s.
